Anime Comics Scans Added

I’ve started adding to a new section of the Anime Gallery, a section just for the Anime Comics released for the Wedding Peach TV series. These books tell stories from the anime using screens from the episode and were popular publications during the 90s. So far I’ve scanned cover and flap images from volumes 2 & 3 with more to come.

Don’t forget the Clue x Wedding Peach jewellery release this month — it’s without a doubt the biggest merchandise range the series has had in many years!

New MEGU Scans Added (Again)

April has been a pretty hectic month, but I’ve managed to put together some new scans from the April 1996 issue of MEGU for the MEGU Magazine section of the Anime Gallery. I’ve never scanned these before and I haven’t spotted them online either, so they’re definitely worth viewing if you want to see some rare pics.

I’m not sure about anyone else but I’m started to get pretty excited about the Clue x Wedding Peach products debuting in Korea next month. I wonder what designs made the final cut? ^^

New MEGU Scans Added

Apologies for the delay in updates, I’ve been a bit under the weather this month. Never fear, I’m feeling human again and I’ve added some new scans to the MEGU Magazine section of the Anime Gallery. I have only shared one illustration from these on my Tumblr in the past so the rest of them should be a fun surprise worth checking out — lots of character designs!

Japanese Manga Covers Added

The Manga Gallery was looking a bit empty so I decided to scan in the covers of all six original Wedding Peach manga tankoubon. You can find them in the Manga Covers section. If you’re a fan of Yazawa Nao’s artwork from the series you’ll definitely want to take a trip down memory lane and check these out.

I’ve also added the upcoming Clue jewellery collaboration to the right sidebar under recent releases, as it’s the first new Wedding Peach project since Yazawa tackled “Bakuretsu Momoyome 4” last year! Please enjoy and I look forward to updating again soon.

US DVD Releases, 1995 MEGU Scans Added

Happy Birthday to our heroine, Momoko! In celebration I’ve added some more scans and (finally!) some of the written content I’ve been promising for weeks. I’ve written a comprehensive guide to the North American DVD Release of the Wedding Peach anime complete with images. You can find this in the History Section of the website and I hope it proves handy to anyone wanting to fill in their collection.

The Anime Gallery update this week comes from the November 1995 issue of MEGU Magazine and includes a gorgeous cover illustration by series character designer, Tadano Kazuko, along with several full-colour spreads.

4th Japanese DVD Box Scans Added

Apologies for the scant updates this month, I’ve been a touch unwell. Hopefully, I can make it up to you with 16 new Anime Gallery scans, all from the 4th Wedding Peach DVD Box Set! These scans include the box itself, the DVD covers, and the DVD booklet (with a new Salvia illustration drawn just for this box set release back in 2001).

I still have some additional scans to share from this set (of the replicated LD leaflets) but these will take a while to edit as they’re quite large. Please enjoy and I look forward to sharing more content with you again soon!

I finally got around to scanning from my copy of the Wedding Peach Game Boy game, Jama-Pii Panic. You can find the scans in the Games and Software section of the Anime Gallery.
